Project Management
Technical projects oftentimes are complex. By creating smaller tasks, assigning resources and reviewing timelines, these larger projects are easily tackled. I have worked on two major website rebuild projects (over 1000 pages), as well as redesigning a Find a Doctor (provider and practice) section. In addition, I've managed the implementation of a CRM and marketing automation system by establishing data standards and best practices.

Website Management
Managing a website means the martech leads understands the entire stack associated with websites - from SEO, SEM, CMS, vendor relationships, product release schedules, graphic design, content marketing, social media, website analytics, etc. Each piece must be accounted for in a website both achieve the organizational goal, but to also work efficiently for the marketing and technical teams.

Marketing Autmation / Customer Journeys
Creating workflow rules and paths is a key element of marketing automation. I enjoy collaborating with others in the organization to identify the journey and then technically figure out how to meet this criteria within the system specifications/constraints.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Within the marketing department, there are many entry points with a lead. In my current role, our organization connects both from B2B and B2C. Working within a hospital, the data objects and fields may often be complex, but our team has remained flexible and agile as we've crafted the data standards. Striving to stay current and up-to-speed with the latest details, I have attended multiple webinars, educational series and trade shows for the CRM.
Information Visualizations
In addition to understanding websites, CRMs and Marketing Automation tools, I oversee an information visualization tool that makes sense of the data and insights. This tool easily spots patterns to help us review our organizational strategy.
